Calvert Dynamic combines our deep process and analysis experience with HP's industry leading Business Technology Optimization (BTO) suite to provide tangible benefits to our customers.  Within the BTO suite Calvert Dynamic focuses on HP Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) and the integrations with HP Quality Center (QC), Center Management for Quality Center (CMQC), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Service Manager (SM).

We look at the implementation as a holistic process which includes training, communication plans and process analysis in addition to the configuration of the BTO products.  This focus enables our clients to achieve faster and deeper user adoption to maximize the value of our client's consulting and software investments.
